- Revenue和去年同时期相比上升了23.9%

- Gross profit 和去年同时期相比上升了52.21%

- Profit before tax 会增加到RM112.538m 是因为Share of results of associates and joint ventures (去年同时期面对亏顺)

- Loan and borrowing decreased from RM404.226m to RM361.619m(CL); from RM869m to RM851m (NCL), 有在还债

- 这次的revenue会比去年同时期好是因为higher contribution from the residential project in Damansara City, commercial projects in PJ City and Old Klang Road

- 这个季度的profit会好是因为associate, Vintage Heights Sdn Bhd, arising from the disposal of a parcel of land

- PE: 3.74  (Share price19/1/2017:1.17   EPS:31.28)

- ROE:16.56%

- 1.63%

- MACD cross Signal

- Stochastic K 也是有crossover show a buy signal
