- Sfera Residensi project which is located at Puchong South, Selangor will have a GDV approximately RM426mn, and is expected to contribute to the group for the next two FY
- Another project Menara YNH developement,has a GDV approximately RM2.1billion
- JV project,has GDV approximately RM1.8billion and expected to contribute Group's revenue for the next 15 and 20years
- The proposed development for this 95 acres land bank comprises commercial, bungalows, condominium, retail and etc. The estimated GDV is RM196billion and expected to contribute to group for the next 20 years

- Don't like this kind of company, main reason is after reviewed its quarter report, and found out that if deduct other income, some quarter was facing loss
