-  The increase in the revenue and profit before tax for the reporting period was mainly due to higher revenue contribution from the construction segment for DUKE Phase-2 and the commencement of preliminary and construction work for Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE).

-  The Board expects the ongoing construction of the DUKE Phase-2, toll revenue and the recognition of unbilled sales from property development activities to contribute to the Group's turnover and profitability in the current financial year

- the recently awarded master contract for the Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE) (formally known as the Duke Phase-3) amounting to RM3.96 billion to Ekovest Berhad

 - received the nod from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for a RM79 million “Blue River Project” contract.

- The Blue River Project is part of the long-due ROL project spanning 10.7 km along the Klang River and Gombak River

13 March 2017

- Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo who is a majority shareholder in Ekovest, is also the executibe vice-chairman of Iskandar Waterfront Holdings (IWH) which is now in a proposed merger exercise with its majority-owned company Iskandar Waterfront City Nhd (IWCITY)

- IWH would take over IWCITY's listing status, as well as proposed asset acquisition of RM4.1 billion from 4 parties, including Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo and Sultan Ibrahim

- 大马城(Bandar Malaysia)是隆新高铁所在地，由IWH和中国铁建股份有限公司组成的财团(IWH-CREC) 私人有限公司(60%对40%)发展，GDV RM160billion,需要花25年才能完成

- 要发展Bandar Malaysia需要资金，让IWH上市就是筹集资金的其中一种方法

- 完成注产後，依海城在柔佛拥有7367英亩土地，根据公开市场价格，这庞大土地值320亿零吉，相等於方尺价格RM93，除以依海城股票总数，即每股净值RM4.50。

- 依海城在吉隆坡新街场空军基地的＂马来西亚城＂（BANDAR MALAYSIA）拥有36%股权，估计值31亿零吉，尚未算进去。

- 依海城通过发股等资，它将没有任何银行贷款，是零负债公司，对喜欢股息的投资者来说，其缺点是没有派股息政策

- 近期因为IWCITY事件，Ekovest 股价也一起齐齐上

- 我想部分原因也是因为他本身的业绩

- 把Blue River project 和SPE 算进去，target price可以到RM3。但是未来不知道会发生什么事影响业绩，所以这样算是假设other thing remain constant

- 未来工程可能拖延，原料价格增加，人手不足等等

-股价连涨那么多天也出现也会回调

- 现在可以进一点，因为是买未来contract 的support

- Rely on contract

- Do not know when those project (DUKE-phase 3, Blue River Project) will start to contribute profit to company
