I am wondering, what they are talking about?
How to test ? why you know which price level is coming?
From the booming of DUFU, maybe I found out something?
Below is Dufu's trade detail on 1 March 2017
During 28 Feb 2017, share price is RM0.87
The highest price reached to RM0.99
However, look at the volume! Only 300 volume buy at RM0.99. Is this a testing signal to break RM0.99?
Well, another pic shown the price at RM0.985, testing volume 100 appeared.
I think the logic would be like, testing to buy at a price higher than current price by buying at volume 100.
If after few testing, finally the price break accompany with big volume, then the host may start to test next price level.
